I create one-of-a-kind custom pen and ink drawings of your home. It is the perfect gift for remembering a childhood home, new homeowners, anniversaries, or as a closing gift for realtors! I hand-draw with fine line pen & ink on heavyweight, smooth paper or textured watercolor paper (please indicate which you'd prefer in comments.)

By request, these can be made into notecards or postcards for letters after the original is complete. Notecards come in packs of 10 for $30 each. You can also order prints in size 5x7 ($15), 8x10 ($25) or 11x14 ($35) inch when complete.

--GETTING STARTED…
Begin the process by purchasing the size option.

Once I receive the order, I will contact you to discuss the project and timing, and get photos of the home. I believe customers' needs are most important when working on their piece, so I will be in constant contact throughout the process.

Timing: the final artwork will be mailed four weeks after receipt of the source photos. If the item is needed sooner, please let me know and I will see if it is possible to move your order to an earlier timeframe.

• PLEASE NOTE: I may cancel an order if I determine that it to be too complex, time-consuming, or not feasible within the required timeframe.

This listing is for a pen and ink drawing only, no mat or frame included. I can provide a frame and mat for an additional cost. Please email me at priya [at] priyaoriginalsart.com with any questions.

• The actual size of the paper is 5x7, 8x10, 9x12, or 11x14.
• When complete, I sign and date on the back.

--PACKAGING/SHIPPING:
• Your drawing is protected during shipping with a clear cello sleeve, backed by chipboard, and inserted in a flat, sturdy photo/document cardboard mailer, and I ship via USPS.
