Q: When will I receive my first mailing?

A: Your first mailing ships within two weeks of signing up, then will follow the subscription cycle every two months, around the 15th of every other month. 

Q: Can I choose which art I receive?

A: Each month is a curated surprise - that's part of the magic!

Q: Is shipping included?

A: No...shipping is extra, and it will be calculated at check out.  

Q: Can I give this as a gift?

A: Absolutely! Enter the recipient's address at checkout and I'll include a gift card in the first mailing.

Q: Can I pause or cancel?

A: Yes, you can pause or cancel anytime through your account. Founding members keep their locked-in rate when they return.

Q: What is a founding member?

A: Founding members who subscribe during the launch period lock in $12 every other month for life (vs. $15 every other month regular price) and receive exclusive bonus items. 

Q: Can I subscribe to both tracks?

A: Yes! Many members subscribe to both California Collection and Studio Collection.
